Our living room area features 2 comfy

79-inch sofas, each of which is long and wide enough to serve as a bed for one adult or child. There is a TV wall mount at the end of the sofas.

We designed this bus to feel open and full of light. As a couple, it has been our very comfortable full time home, but it has adequate space and storage for a family, either for full timers like us, or as a uniquely beautiful vacation home

on wheels.

The floors, walls, and ceiling are all very well insulated, the floors are finished with wood look vinyl planks, and the ceiling is finished with whitewashed cedar planks.

Throughout the bus, the windows are enclosed with wooden frames, and  feature a wire system for hanging curtains. 10 of the windows are screened.

The spacious 8 foot kitchen features a two burner propane stove/oven combo. Our high quality handcrafted drawers utilize heavy duty soft close drawer slides, and are topped by a butcher block counter. Trash and recycling bins are built into the cabinets, as well as a large space under the sink for cleaning supplies.   There is also a floor to ceiling pull out pantry, and toe kick drawers sit under the full length of the cabinets adding a ton of extra storage.

The modern, 24 inch stainless steel sink includes a butcher block cutting board and a sleek faucet with built in sprayer head.

The refrigerator is a white Magic Chef 10 cubic foot fridge/freezer.  It is slightly elevated for easy access, and underneath is a large drawer that we use for storing potatoes and onions.

Across from the kitchen sits a dinette with bench seating, which works beautifully for eating as well as being a great space for work, game play, or crafting. The seat of each bench lifts up to access a large storage space (we use these for blankets, extra groceries, and our instant pot, for example).

Just past the kitchen you’ll find more storage on both sides of the bus. One side has a 32 inch wide closet, with a hanging rod and shelf space.  Our water heater is housed in its own compartment inside the closet, and is easily accessible if you need to service it.

Across from the closet is a gorgeous hand crafted, built in chest of drawers, 34 inches wide and 33 inches tall, with 4 very large and deep drawers.

All drawers throughout the bus have sliding bolt locks to keep them securely closed while the bus is in motion.

Our toilet room is small but beautifully functional, and comes with one of the beautiful composting toilets that we make and sell through our website, happylittleloo.com. It has a high quality urine diverter from Kildwick, and the urine is plumbed to the grey tank. The room has hooks for bath towels, and features a sliding wooden door on a floor track.

Across from the toilet room, the 24x32 inch shower is tiled with white subway tiles in a stacked pattern, and behind the tiles is lightweight flexible backer board, perfect for use in a home that moves.

The shower curtain is hung on an Extend-a-Rod, which increases the elbow room inside the shower while it's in use and then tucks the curtain out of the way all other times.

There are 12v LED warm white recessed lights throughout the bus.  The living room lights are on a dimmer switch, and the rest are on rocker switches.  You’ll find 11 standard 120v wall plugs conveniently located throughout the bus.

We have nicknamed our bed area “Cozyland”, for good reason.  It’s the coziest getaway space ever.  There is a very comfortable 12 inch hybrid memory foam/spring mattress that’s elevated above 3 deep storage drawers.  Beside the bed, sharing a wall with the shower, you’ll find another 34 inch tall by 18 inch wide chest of drawers.  The top of this drawer unit is stained wood that serves as a bedside table.   At the foot of the bed you’ll find the original wheelchair entrance door of the bus, which can be opened wide to enjoy beautiful views when you’re parked out in nature.

Our garage/utility space is found underneath the back half of the bed, and is accessible through the back door of the bus, as well as the side door.

- Other Important Details -

The kitchen and bathroom are fully plumbed with a shore water connection and a 97 gallon freshwater tank. Wastewater is collected in a 97 gallon gray water tank that has standard RV drain connections.

To keep the temperature inside the bus comfortable, we installed a Pioneer 12,000 BTU Mini Split AC/Heat Pump.  There is also a 5,000 BTU diesel heater installed near the center of the bus which provides wonderful heat while using very little fuel.

There are also 2 MaxxAir fans, one at the front of the bus and one at the back near the bed.  These rooftop ventilation fans are designed to be used even when it’s raining.  They are high-powered and reversible, so that you can set them to pull air in from the outside, or push air out.  They can be set to work together, with one pulling in and one drawing out, which creates great air circulation through the length of the bus.

The house electrical system starts with a 200aH lithium battery. This is charged from shore power or using the onboard, super quiet generator. The bus is also prewired for a rooftop solar array, which can easily be added at any time.

At the core of the electrical system is the Victron 3000W Multiplus Inverter/Charger, which provides plenty of power for everything on board and any added appliances, while efficiently charging the battery for use off-grid. It is easily monitored and controlled through the Victron Connect mobile app.

2 - 20lb under-mounted LP tanks provide a couple of months of propane to the kitchen range and the water heater.

Under hood is the Cat C7 diesel turbo. That, in combination with an Allison transmission gives you all the power you need.

The bus has 209,0071 miles on the odometer.

There are a couple of places with minor damage, all on the driver's side. The front bumper was bent from behind and has been been bent back to basically its original shape. Also, there is sideswipe damage in the area around the back wheels. It has been painted, but not restored.
